I brought out the Absorbine Jr. two sessions in a row and bless the soul who invented it! The workout went really well. I bumped up my minimum speed to 2.5 but still held out for thirty-five minutes. That was really tough but something really strange happened. When I passed the twenty-fifth minute and was tempted to stop at thirty, the decision to push onwards gave me such a rush that I started to laugh and got a second wind. Before long, I was having a grand old time, power walking and pumping my fists. Did that mean I was tempted to go for an extra five minutes? Heck no! Rome wasn’t built in a day and this fitness revolution has only just begun. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
