Talk about a post that’s better very late than never. I was a good revolutionary staying hydrated and having small, spread out meals throughout yesterday but no workout. I hung out with my sister drinking a bottle of Starbucks Mint Mocha Frappuccino then went to bed. Not even a stretch was done in the name of fitness. Heck, I didn’t even brush my teeth and for me that is sacrilegious. So Day 14 has no stats to report but I will give you a little graph to show you how it’s been going so far. The continuous improvement is more than I could have ever hoped for. Remember, I’m not rushing this because slow and steady can win the race. The last thing I want is to injure myself, especially on a moving platform. I know my limitations and that’s why there no guilt for skipping last night’s session. I feel revived and ready to get back into it. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
