“You can’t win ’em all” as the saying goes and tonight’s achievement was actually completing the workout. I had a very stressful day and didn’t want to push it too hard. So there was no five-minute run at a speed of 4.5. However, there was a two-minute run at 4.0 which is better than nothing. From the seventeenth minute, I stayed steady at a speed of 3.0 completing punching, upper cut and jabbing reps. After the session, I did some abdominal stretches with twenty crunches. It was tough but I’m not guilty or ashamed because the alternative was doing nothing at all. That’s unacceptable. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
