Firstly, my apologies for such a late post but there wasn’t much to report. I skipped my yesterday’s session because I had been up all-night Friday. Not a lick of sleep until dawn and I had only started to feel all right in the evening. I had intended to work out at that time but it’s not a good idea when I’m not rested so I didn’t. I will tonight though and the stats will be posted as Day 23. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
