I was a very busy bee tonight but still managed to squeeze in a twenty minute session. The big achievement was not sacrificing the workout to the fickle god of multi-tasking. It would have been so easy to use that twenty minutes for something else but no! I didn’t run though because I needed speed for my other activities and well, I prefer to walk slowly after a session. After the session, I did fifty crunches. There’s no after-pain and it’s good to know that my abdominals are still conditioned a little bit. I don’t know if I’ll ever have a six-pack but I’m sick and tired of this family-pack. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
