It was cold tonight but the workout still went well. There was no running but I sure did feel the burn. In fact, I even felt a tiny stitch in my upper left abdominals. There was only a couple minutes left in the session. After the thirty-five minutes was up, I jumped around to Destra’s Max It Up. Dancing used to be a big part of my daily workout but it’s a tricky business shaking your booty on a treadmill. So, we Caribbean women shake our booties, carefully. On the solid ground is another story. Fifty crunches and some stretches later, all was done. Thanksgiving is coming up but that’s not going to make a difference to me. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
