119239-425x282-TreadmillfeetTonight’s session was extremely difficult. I actually stopped for a moment because it felt like speed 3.5 was 4.0. When done, I paced about to cool down before finishing up with fifty crunches and stretches. My abdominals are feeling a bit tight but Motrin with a hot cup of tea should fix that. It’s almost as if rest days are becoming my worst enemy. I don’t want to take another break unless absolutely necessary. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
