running feet treadmillOh la la, the session was super-late tonight but a full thirty-five minutes. At least I didn’t feel like the treadmill was trying to kill me. In fact, I was so caught up in the music that I forgot to bump up the speed a couple times. I was able to include arm movements and fifty crunches afterwards. There was no time for that last night. I want to handle the speed of 3.5 easily before increasing the overall difficulty. Like I’ve said before, there’s no rush. That being said, the sooner I get back into my favourite jeans, the better. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
