Fitness Revolution: Day 3

Ah ha, I did it again!  Although I was the last to work out, it still got done.  The best part was that I’m starting to push the envelope a teeny, tiny bit.  In thirty minutes, I covered a distance of 1.276 at a speed of two to three somethings per something. The best part was that I was sweating today.  My brow was dripping and it felt good.  This time I listened to a Joel Osteen podcast about catching a second wind.  Boy, oh boy – I know all about that!  I know there won’t be any visible results for some time but my resolve is firm.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
