Fitness Revolution: Day 30

women_pushupsTonight’s workout went very well. The speed of 3.5 wasn’t quite as difficult and I’m looking forward to it being easy. There isn’t as much leg pain and only the small hint of a stitch at one point. The nights have been quite cool but I was soaking wet with sweat. On the treadmill, I completed the usual three solid minutes of arm movements. Afterwards, there were fifty crunches which my neck but not my abdominals. Go figure. Tonight I added a new aspect to the session with ten push-ups. Nothing fancy and I stayed on my knees but they came surprisingly easy. That doesn’t mean they’ll be easy tomorrow night. That doesn’t mean I’m not doing them because they hurt. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
