Fitness Revolution: Day 31

getty_rf_photo_of_woman_with_hand_weightTonight’s workout was very brief and I was only able to do one set of arm movements but crunches or push-ups.  My shoulders feel slightly sore but I’m not incapacitated in any way.  Hopefully I’ll be able to get a full session in Tuesday night. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
