It was a cold day and colder night which usually makes for a difficult session. Maybe I would have sweat more if I had bundled up. However, by the end of the treadmill portion I was dripping a little bit. I had a great time though with my iPod playlist blasting on shuffle. The fifty crunches were a tiny bit easier to accomplish and the ten push-ups were surprisingly easy. Tomorrow, I’m going to use my push-up bars and see if they make a difference. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
