Fitness Revolution: Day 34

Tonight’s session was very good. I sweat more than last night because I wore thicker clothes. However, I’m going to dig out my super-thick track pants that didn’t get used last year because I was sick throughout winter. Arm movements were a bit tough but it was good pain. After the treadmill portion, there were the usual crunches and push-ups using the bars as planned. Indeed they did the trick but I couldn’t get past ten. The only thing is that I really prefer to do push-ups on my knuckles. I know, scary huh?

I’m feeling real tension in my upper abdominals oddly enough it’s not from the crunches. One of my three arm movements involves swaying my upper body. It looks very silly but that’s what’s really working those muscles. Again, this is good pain and I know this revolution is moving in the right direction. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
