If by session’s end you’re sweating from your scalp to your skivvies, then it was a good one. It was quite enjoyable as well until I got to the abdominal exercises. Fifty crunches and ten push-ups were fine but the stretches left my upper abdominal muscles in pain. I lay on the floor and stretched from side to side to ease the pain. It wasn’t long before I was done and off to the shower. Today I finally dug out my cold weather trackies. I’ll start using them tomorrow. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
