Fitness Revolution: Day 40

Hoodie to up the anteMy nephew asked me if I was going outside as I was sporting a hoodie and thick track pants but no. It was to the treadmill with me and it was a good session tonight. Starting at a speed of 2.5 is feeling quite slow. So tomorrow I’m going to start at 3.0 and see how it feels. Fifty crunches were pretty easy to do. I’ll up the ante tomorrow night but only if the treadmill portion doesn’t wear me out. I’m starting to see real progress and don’t intend to mess it up. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
