Tonight’s session was short but sweet. I had enough time for thirty-five minutes on the treadmill but opted to hang out with my sister instead. Despite the time crunch, I made that fifteen minutes count by increasing the speed by 0.5 at five minute intervals. It was a bit tough squeezing in all the arm movements but the big achievement was with the floor exercises. I successfully doubled up the crunches (see video) and push-ups. It felt really good and I’m looking forward to tomorrow night’s session. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
