Fitness Revolution: Day 48

water bottleTonight’s abbreviated work out almost didn’t happen but I was determined to squeeze it in, come hell or high water. I wasn’t feeling up to mark and didn’t drink enough water today. The treadmill portion was fifteen minutes with five each for speeds of 3.0, 3.5 and 3.0 respectively. Only two of three arm movements were completed. The floor exercises were halved: fifty crunches and ten push-ups. Quite frankly, I don’t think I could have done any more even if I wanted to. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
