Fitness Revolution: Day 5

I’m back on track with these entries but never got off track with the workouts.  I have been a good girl staying hydrated and ate pretty evenly throughout the day. For the first five minutes I walked briskly at a speed of 2 then upped it by 0.5 every five minutes until I was doing 3.5.  All was going well but then I had an interruption.  When I got back on the treadmill, my confidence started to waver.  The workout became arduous and I felt some fatigue but held on to the end of thirty minutes.  I was fine afterwards though but must try to stick it out for the whole time period.  The next stage is to increase the speed, add an incline or extend the time period.  Eventually all will be achieved. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
