Fitness Revolution: Day 66

Nike AirTonight’s workout was much better than last night. Ten minutes at a speed of 3.5 was tough but not impossible. I only had time for half-sized sets of the floor exercises because it was pretty late. Boy was I hungry afterwards. Usually this is a sign of weight loss although the scale didn’t tell me that today. We’ll just leave that topic right there. It was cold tonight and is going to be colder tomorrow. My sister and I had a pow-wow to discuss treadmill alternatives. We decided to do some Wii boxing tomorrow night if it’s too chilly. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
