Another night, another workout but it happened earlier than I planned. I wasn’t so good at staying hydrated today but that didn’t hold me back. There was no push beyond 3.5 in speed because the workout was a bit tough. Mostly because I didn’t start out at 2 for five minutes like I have all this week. Starting at 2.5 was unexpectedly tiring. I’m not doing that tomorrow. Props to my sister Carol for making sure I got it done. She put everything in place so that I wouldn’t break the routine, and that wasn’t easy. I’m going to make sure she gets her workout done tomorrow. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
