Fitness Revolution: Day 71

A workout at long last and it was good. The stats below show that it was a half-hour treadmill session but there were no floor exercises afterwards. I had been feeling stomach sick earlier today and didn’t want to push it too hard. In fact, I only held the speed of 3.5 for two minutes. However, arm movements with weights were sufficient for tonight. Tomorrow, I’ll be sure to bring out the whole enchilada.

Chicken soup

In the meantime, my sister made us a big pot of chicken soup. That should give us a good assist to eating lighter. Lately, I’ve been having trouble with food. It seems like I can’t take in too much. Anything more than a few bites and I feel stuffed. That’s bad because if I follow that feeling, I could make myself ill. At least my family is looking out for me and we’ll make sure that doesn’t happen. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
