Fitness Revolution: Day 76

The imaginary Hydration Police wouldn’t have anything on me today because I drank my water!  Actually, my Mom drank out the tea before I went overboard.  My Buddha mug holds a lot of liquid.  There was more fruit in my diet today, and by diet I mean food intake.  I don’t diet – ever!  Anyway, the workout went well and I completed all tasks except for the jump-rope.  That one completely slipped my mind.  My sister chatted with me for a while, which was really fun.  After the treadmill session, all the floor exercises were done.  The flexibility one was a toughie because of my heaviness but that didn’t stop me.  There were one hundred crunches and twenty push-ups.  I made sure to cool-down sufficiently afterwards but my thighs are feeling a bit tight.  They’ll be stretched out at every opportunity because that will not be anything more than a hindrance – not a stumbling block.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
