I very nearly didn’t do the workout tonight. Shocking, I know but I had a light-headed moment earlier tonight but croissants and Nutella made that go away. I did a better job staying hydrated but could really do with more sleep. The best report is that I pushed the speed the furthest yet with no negative reactions, aside from some thigh soreness. Four minutes of solid running at a speed of 4.0. That may not seem like much but it was nearly impossible for me to keep that pace during my last outdoor workout. It felt great! Of course, there was temptation to cut off at three minutes but I held out. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
