Fitness Revolution: Day 80

Tonight’s workout went quite well.  It wasn’t very cold and I was sweating a little.  It started out with stretches and jump rope, then onto the treadmill.  As promised, I completed the half-hour at an incline of 0.5.  It was easy, so tomorrow, the incline will be set at 1.0.  That should be enough of a proper challenge but still allow for the arm movements.  I didn’t have time for the full set of floor exercises but “ran through” each of them.  It wasn’t kosher but better than nothing.  Tomorrow, I intend to do better.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
