I love a fitness schedule! Most often it’s the only way I can get anything going which is why I love my annual Holly Perkins September Shape Up. By the way, countdown to 2015 is on like Donkey Kong! Here’s my August 2015 schedule. It’s a mix of work with equipment, body weight and the tried-and-true Fitness 360 DVD which is still available on Amazon!
My 30 Day Challenges got derailed last month so I’ve put them in for August. They’re not terribly difficult but I found it’s best to do the exercises as laid out instead of combining to make up for missed days. Remember these challenges are designed to build your strength instead of gunning through them all at full blast. Unless of course your daily regime is tougher that this, then by all means rock out!
