There wasn’t enough time for a full workout except for some floor exercises. There were twenty Trunk Rotations then one hundred Quarter Crunches and twenty Twisting Crunches. The Halasana yoga pose was harder to do tonight but there was some stiffness in my neck today that should have gotten some attention from my friend, Absorbine Jr. From the Halasana, there were twenty modified Jack Knife exercises and five GI Jane push-ups with bars. They weren’t consecutive which is disappointing but I didn’t cheat. I was tempted to but no. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
