My Fitness Revolution: Day 107

First an apology for mixing up the titles of posts for Days 107 and 108.  However, I’ve corrected the titles and needed to because this blog serves to record my progress.  By doing this for you, I don’t have the opportunity to cheat or exaggerate.  There wasn’t time for exercise of any kind, that night (February 12, 2012).  Schedules were clashing and my knee was hurting.  I made up my mind that I was going to make it to the treadmill the next day, and did.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
