My Fitness Revolution: Day 111

Despite the late hour, I was not going to let another day pass me without exercise and it was good.  It wasn’t a full workout but there was some use of the weighted jump-rope, before half-hour on the treadmill.  All the arm movements were completed and it was overall an excellent session.  I wish that I had more time but that was poor planning on my part.  At the very least, it felt good to sweat and continue at the incline of 2.0.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
