My Fitness Revolution: Day 112

There wasn’t time for anything more than fifteen minutes on the treadmill.  I pushed to complete all the arm movements with weights.  A little while later, I did twenty Trunk Rotations.  There’ll be nothing like a formal workout tomorrow since I’ll be on an outing, with a lot of walking.  If we look hard enough, there’s always opportunity for exercise.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
