My Fitness Revolution: Day 116

Tonight was an all-new episode of Top Gear on History.  However, there was time for twenty Trunk Rotations, then one hundred Quarter Crunches.  Finally, I completed fifty Twisting Crunches and four consecutive GI Jane push-ups with bars.  I’ll try my very best to get a full workout in tomorrow.  In the meantime, I’m watching my food intake and trying to eat smarter.  There’s a bowl of bananas with my name on it.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
