My Fitness Revolution: Day 119

Daytona International Speedway 3D Seat ViewI didn’t intend to do too much exercise tonight because I’m saving up my strength for tomorrow.  However, I did manage twenty Trunk Rotations, the Halasana yoga pose for a few seconds.  Finally there were ten Leg Raises and four consecutive GI Jane push-ups without the bars.  My feet are still a bit tender but I’m looking forward to tomorrow.  There will be a lot of walking and sweating at the Daytona International Speedway.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
