My Fitness Revolution: Day 125

It was very hard to get to the treadmill tonight; mostly because I was curled up in bed with my Mom and sister, watching Season Two of Downton Abbey.  I ate properly today and rested just to exercise but those trifling white people are so darned interesting!  Anyway, I dragged myself to the garage and started with weighted jump rope before half-hour on the treadmill.  About ten minutes were at a speed of 3.2.  All arm movements were done with wrist and hand weights.  At the end of that session, I was very tired and only managed twenty Trunk Rotations followed by a couple GI Jane push-ups.  When you have a goal, the hardest thing is putting in work, when all you want to do is veg out and do nothing.  Nobody ever got fit doing nothing.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
