My Fitness Revolution: Day 128

I had a very eventful day but made it my business to get on the treadmill tonight.  After stretches, there were a few minutes with the weighted jump rope before twenty-four minutes on the treadmill.  I was shooting for thirty but my shins started to hurt.  It’s definitely time to get a new pair of running shoes and I’m taking suggestion.  All arm movements were done with wrist and hand weights, although I had been interrupted several times.  I’m not angry but it kind of messed up my groove.  I started out the floor exercises with the Halasana yoga pose and then twenty Trunk Rotations.  Time was against me so there wasn’t any more but the workout was a good one.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
