My Fitness Revolution: Day 143

victoryAt long last, I finally got back onto the treadmill.  No weights or even arm exercises, just fifteen minutes of brisk walking.  There was some jump rope before that and even messing around on my nephew’s Fusion.  I have got to lap the neighbourhood on that thing!  Afterwards, there were twenty Trunk Rotations and twenty modified Jack Knife exercises.  It’s about time I get this revolution back on track.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
