My Fitness Revolution Day 308: See You Later Miss Jane!

Tonight I completed The Jane Fonda Workout (1982) along with the Fitsugar Arm Circuit using 3lb handweights for most of the exercises.  I wanted to do this instead of run on the treadmill because I’ll be participating in Holly Perkin’s September Shape Up and won’t be using Miss Jane’s workout for a while.  There’s a saying that the last ten pounds is the hardest to lose.  Well that’s how close I am to being the in the best shape of my life.  It’s quite an achievement, considering that I started out in the worst shape of my life.  My regime has been working well but I feel like the September Shape Up is going to beat me into that next level.  I’m looking forward to it.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
