For today’s mid-week workout, I decided to do a double: Cardio 360 and Total Tone 360 from the Fitness 360 DVD. I didn’t rush myself and took a decent break between them because I didn’t want to skip out any reps due to fatigue…or cowardice. The 8lb hand weights are great to use. They were difficult at first but my performance has improved with continued practice. At least I was able to keep up with Holly’s instructions for both videos. By the end, my adrenaline was pumping. However after a shower I was not only tired but very, very hungry. My metabolism kicked in just as my energy level plummeted. I’ve got to drink a lot of water and avoid foods that will put back whatever I just burned off. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
