This weekend was my first NASCAR experience which also meant a lot of walking on Days 113 and 114. By that, I mean a whole lot of walking. As a result, my thigh muscles were sore and the soles of my feet hurt, despite the fact that I was wearing my running shoes. Perhaps it’s time to change them. Today (Day 115), I took it easy and just completed twenty Trunk Rotations. Tomorrow, I’ll be back in the saddle and will hopefully have time for a full workout. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
