My Fitness Revolution: Days 122 & 123

I’d like to say that there was no workout for Day 122 because of body aches or schedule conflicts.  However, that’s not true.  It was a proper rest day with no physical exertion whatsoever.  Tonight, the fitness revolution resumed with a few minutes with the weighted jump-rope, then thirty minutes on the treadmill.  For a change, I didn’t play any music but still sang.  Oh yes, I sing when I’m on the treadmill.  Not for the entire session but it helps to strengthen my lungs and to build stamina.  This bit of cardio was followed by the Halasana yoga pose into fifteen modified Jack Knife exercises; which were followed by twenty Trunk Rotations.  It was a refreshing workout that got my blood and sweat pumping.  I’m looking forward to doing more tomorrow, God willing.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
