My Fitness Revolution: Days 144 to 149

Some of you may be wondering, what the heck happened to my fitness revolution?  Well it hasn’t been abandoned but did hit a hurdle.  My running shoes had finally run out of steam and I couldn’t do more than fifteen minutes on the treadmill before my feet started to hurt.  This was bad and to risk injury would be disastrous.  So I slowed down and had to stick to stretches.  However, that will change today because I now have a brand new pair of Asics Gel-1160 to break in and cannot wait.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
