My Fitness Revolution: Days 150 to 155

I was a much better revolutionary this week and exercised almost every night.  The workout started with stretches and weighted jump rope before the treadmill session.  I completed arm movements with wrist and hand weights.  The temperatures have been warmer, so I haven’t needed to use jackets.  Also, the new sneakers needed a bit of breaking in, so the time never crossed fifteen minutes.  They’ve been really good and it’s a relief to be working out again.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
