My Fitness Revolution: Days 156 to 176

It’s been a while since there’s been any update on my fitness.  I haven’t had time for too much treadmill time but have been doing some walking outside.  However just this and portion control isn’t enough.  Luckily, my sister will help keep me focused.  I’ve also been getting some feedback and must remain true to my goal.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
