My Fitness Revolution Days 287 to 290: Back on Track!

It feels like I haven’t worked out in almost a week.  Oh right, that’s because it’s been six days of rest; but thankfully the mysterious neck pain has gone.  Interestingly enough, it was almost seven days off because I was very tied up on Day 290 with everything but exercise.  However, I couldn’t let the day pass me without doing something.  So I pulled up the Fitsugar Total-Body 10-Minute Workout with Holly Perkins.

I was a bit hesitant because the first time on Day 248 I completed this routine but it left my booty in a phenomenal amount of pain.  This time, I didn’t push too hard.  Despite that, I was sweaty and winded by the end.  It’s a great workout and I’d really like to master it.  So expect me to be doing it more often.  Don’t worry, I haven’t thrown Miss Jane in the proverbial bamboo but it’s good to mix things up every once in a while.  At this point, I’m just really glad to get back to my routine.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
