After Day 293’s long run, I figured that on Day 294 called for a well earned rest. Naturally, I was pretty sore but flexed my leg muscles many times throughout the day. I had a terrible headache that plagued me but painkillers helped get that under control. On Day 295, I had to get back into the swing of things and did that with The Jane Fonda Workout (1982). It’s been almost two weeks since I did it and could tell. I handled the exercises well but was surprisingly sweaty. Clearly my body missed Miss Jane. As usual, I followed her arms routine with the 10 Minute Fitsugar Arm Circuit with Holly Perkins and 5lb weights. It’s still quite challenging and I usually take a break before and after the Side Raise Hold. That is hands down the toughest exercise in the whole video. I’m really looking forward to graduating to 8lb weights. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
