My Fitness Revolution: Days 96 & 97

This opinionated woman was sleeping on Wednesday and didn’t have the guts to do anything exercise related.  Tonight was a different story.  I awoke this morning with a terrible cough but there was no way it was going to hold me back.  Interestingly enough, the cough stopped as soon as I started to stretch.  No time for jump-rope but the treadmill session was great at a full half-hour.  It’s been a little warmer so I was very sweaty.  Unfortunately, I didn’t wear my wrist weights and that threw me when it came to the arm movements.  I really missed them but it was good to omit them, just to experience the difference.  No crunches tonight but there were twenty trunk rotations and Jack Knife exercises.  In addition to four GI Jane’s but not consecutively.  It felt really good to get back in the saddle and I look forward to a full workout tomorrow.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
