My Fitness Revolution’s One Year Anniversary Stealthily Approaches

Today was My Fitness Revolution: Day 350 and of course there was a workout.  Are you kidding?  I’m going to be even more dedicated to fitness over the next fifteen days, in order to close out the first year properly.  Not that I was planning on slacking off afterwards because this is a part of my life now and I like it.  I went back to the Fitness 360 DVD for the Total Tone 360workout and Yoga Energizer.  My brother reminded me that there’s nothing wrong with using a lighter pair of weights.  However, I stuck to the eights this time and there weren’t any problems.  The yoga routine was pleasant as always and I tried to stretch myself a little bit more for the Standing Forward Bend.  Interestingly enough, I started to feel real discomfort in my calves after today’s workout.  I expected to be sore after the long run on Day 349 but there was only a brief twinge in my right thigh.  That was it.  Actually I’m glad it’s finally hit because that’s how I’m sure that I did something good.  Hey, you should be used to my weirdness by now.  No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
