September Shape Up Day 25: Stretch, Inhale, Exhale, Repeat

My main goal today was to recuperate from the previous day’s double workout.  I drank a lot of water and had a lovely afternoon nap.  Then again, I’m a Trinidadian and we don’t want to do anything else but nap on rainy days but I digress.  I completed the Yoga Energizer workout from the Fitness 360 DVD but had really wanted to try another yoga workout too; but just didn’t have the time.  Yet, it was really good and helped me to stretch out my muscles.  I made sure to apply Biofreeze to my legs in anticipation of tomorrow’s workout.  My arms are absolutely fine.  Today was My Fitness Revolution: Day 333.
