September Shape Up Day 5: Yoga Energizer

Today’s assignment was the Yoga Energizer routine from the Fitness 360 DVD.  I was surprised that it was only ten minutes long.  That didn’t mean it wasn’t effective, just short.  Holly went through a few simple moves.  My limbs were still hurting a little from yesterday’s Cardio 360 so I did the Sports Cool Down routine.  That helped a lot, so I should be able to handle the next task: two miles on Drago (the treadmill).  This was My Fitness Revolution: Day 313.

Nothing feels as good as healthy does.
