Today’s workout was twenty minutes cardio of my choice, so I went with the treadmill. My limbs were still a bit stiff so I didn’t plan on going past twenty minutes. However, I did push the pace and ended up running at 5 miles/hr. It wasn’t too strenuous and my legs didn’t hurt at all but despite feeling fabulous, I walked the last six minutes or so. This was followed up by Holly’s Sports Cool Down routine which helped stretch my achy leg muscles. The dietary requirement was to consume three servings of steamed green vegetables. Honestly, I didn’t quite hit the mark but remained quite conservative throughout the day. Surprisingly, I’ve gotten used to tea without brown sugar. Okay, not really but I haven’t slipped up yet!
