That’s right, a double from the Fitness 360 DVD. This is my second time doing the Cardio 360 workout and it was quite challenging. I had to take a break for water and air, but managed to get through it all. Hopefully I achieved perfect form as Holly instructed. The lunges really worked my lower body and I’m quite sure I’ll be feeling that tomorrow. Although this was a cardio workout, hand weights played an important role. I used my 5lb pair and really felt the burn in my triceps. As I lay on the ground, it didn’t seem likely that I’d be using my 8lb pair for this workout. It’s a really good session but just not for the faint of heart. The Yoga Energizer was good to stretch my muscles but I found the plank difficult. By the time it was done, I was deliciously exhausted and happy to hit the shower. As the September Shape Up program progresses, the workouts are going to increase in difficulty and I’m looking forward to the challenge! This was My Fitness Revolution: Day 316.
